Communication: After we connect, we will make a plan for date, location, and type of session. This is mostly done through email and text messaging. I will send a confirmation email the week before the session and then check in the day before as well. I am always available for help with outfits and to bounce ideas off of.
Mixed Posed and Lifestyle: I love capturing real moments with lots of fun. I have young children so I know how to get them excited. I also have a husband who does not enjoy taking family photos (although he is sweet to humor me once a year) so I get that side as well. I usually begin with some posed photos to get those holiday card moments and then move into some fun games and see how the family flows naturally. I try to get a good mix of smiling and natural more candid moments. You will receive edits in color and some in black and white.
Time Commitment: A typical session will last about an hour from meeting in the parking lot until the end. Some sessions may be shorter depending on location and age of the children. Don’t worry- you would be surprised how many images you can capture in just 20 minutes!
Images: I don’t like to put an exact number on promised images. I will deliver everything that I love in your gallery. You will have plenty to choose from :) Post session, I will send you a few preview photos from your session. The galleries will be delivered within a couple of weeks to your email address. All images are delivered in a password protected digital gallery.
